Returns – Raymac Signs


We do everything to ensure your products arrive in brand new condition. If your product arrives damaged then you should contact with photographic evidence - if you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods then you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are only available on standard (not custom) signs. If you wish to return your products then please contact to arrange the return of products back to us for replacement or refund.

Please note: If you order a custom sign then you can not return for a refund, unless the sign is damaged during transit. If the sign is damaged then please send photographic evidence to to arrange a replacement.
