Returns

We do everything to ensure your products arrive in brand new condition. If your product arrives damaged then you should contact sales@raymac.co.uk with photographic evidence - if you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods then you will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refunds are only available on standard (not custom) signs. If you wish to return your products then please contact sales@raymac.co.uk to arrange the return of products back to us for replacement or refund.

Please note: If you order a custom sign then you can not return for a refund, unless the sign is damaged during transit. If the sign is damaged then please send photographic evidence to sales@raymac.co.uk to arrange a replacement.
